It will be fixed at the early access release. Its caused by a unreal engine plugin they use for the blood so they have to make a completely new system for it which takes some time

You can try a few things. First, disable blood through the games gore settings. Gore and blood are separate so you can leave gore at whatever you’d like, just disable blood.
Go into game settings and make sure the game is running on directx11(dx11) and not directx12(dx12)
If that doesn’t work try a clean reinstall. I’ll post the guide for it now, just ignore the fact it’s for another bug
