Try a full clean reinstall. I’ll bring up the guide. Ignore the fact it’s for the gore bug. Also, there used to be an issue with never ending blood noises, just make sure your sword is fully pulled out of your enemy willie before holding G to move on to the next fight. That may prevent your issue

since trying to stab a prone enemy is kinda wonky in my experience
