I'm fairly certain it is, no matter what I set the ingame mouse sensitivity too, the camra has a maxmovement that prevents some of the tech I've seen. Even setting the sensitivity on the actual mouse outside the game doesn't fix it.

Okay I rewatched and I see why it is deceptive. It does appear at first that your swing is horizontal, but you are moving the blade upward in the same motion.

At best it taps the neck with a diagonal approach, at worst you hit it with the flat of your blade.

i think my cpu might be endgame for me cause the 9800x3d is only 19% faster than the 11600k according to userbenchmark and at 1440p it won't make a difference

like spending $500 for a cpu mobo and ram combo for that little of a fps boost at 1440p
