Blood most certainly will lower you FPS. I have a monster of a computer, so it isn't bad for me. With DX12 and Epic graphics, I sit around 90 FPS. and like 75 with lots of blood

I suggest going to the training dummy, and moving the mouse around slowly. You would be surprised how much movement you can get. Also take note that you don't need to move your mouse very far to get from one side to the other. Pending on your mouse DPI, and in game sensitivity, you might be over or under swinging.

Once you start getting really comfortable with the smaller gentle movements, you will start finding points in the movement you can interupt by moving the mouse in another direction, or in an arc to change direction and get some really nice flow to your movement.

In a way, it is changing from writing in standard print, to writing in cursive.
