This might be because I play in first person mode but the best way I can describe this game is it's like if somebody modded blade and sorcery onto desktop. It is rough and jank, and it pisses me off but I am shocked and thoroughly impressed that it works

But I also have to say this, I'm glad that games like Kinstrife and this can coexist. Kinstrife looks incredibly ambitious and scope, but half sword has so much going for it from just the demo alone. You can easily make your home from just the demo alone, i can still barely get past the third boss, let alone dream about getting to the baron. I don't know what the full version is going to be like but the physics based combat and AI I think are very impressive. At first I was screaming at this game and getting pissed off saying it was the worst controlling game I've ever played. But it has sunk its claws deep into me and it won't let go

And again its brutality is unmatched, and I've played games like blood trail VR and Brutal Doom
