Longsword fights are heavily dependent on skill but there's still a 20% chance you get facked
Pollaxes, Halberds, and anything that takes a couple of months to actually get good at using, Once you've gotten good at it you'll honestly never lose

parrying is pretty hard to do but generally try holding your weapon in the general direction of where the attack is coming from and your character will automatically try to parry
