sprinting makes u faster but also tires you out, and ofc, doing that makes you more prone to getting your shit rocked
sometimes you gotta back off being aggressive so you can get your breath back, youll hear your willy breathing hard once you start running out of stamina
this also works against opponents, who you can tire out by pushing em around as you attack. this is something most people do when halfswording etc
