It's not that big a deal. It's more a player problem if you find the AI consistently punishing you.

It's like when players complain about being "charged" down all the time. It's because they constantly throw themselves off balance and the AI responds the way a player would, charge and throw them over.

Anything the AI can do to you, you can do to them (and as a human, probably with greater potential)

Yes the AI in playtest was a bit too passive, after a certain point you could just rush spam them for easy wins.

Each AI has a randomized aggression/bravery setting. So sometimes they go ham on you, othertimes they play it safe. Its such a great change of pace.

It most definetly is. Having a gaming mouse helps and turning your mouse sensitivity lower also aids a lot. Practice on the training dummy to get your swings down and make sure youre holding shift to be in fighting stance.

my favorite strategy I think is not possible after Peasant. I use the mini-sickle and rush close and grab their weapon arm to disable and just stab in side over and over. Basically zero risk.
That is why I wonder about the 3rd boss can you fight with 1-handed weapon. Doesn't seem ideal to drop a mini-sword just to grab
