There's OVRDTHS loadout selector, which is people's main "loadout saving" mod, and there's the trainer mod, which I use personally. You can spawn in items, armour, NPCs, and even change the sizes of the stuff you spawn in.

i have discovered a bug, apparently if you change the grip you have on your weapon, the hand that moves gains an absolute shit ton of momentum, i literally crushed this man's head with my fist because i went to switch to halfsword and my gauntlet passed through his face
