I wish there was more damage consistency. Sometimes I'll give someone a minor cut on the arm and they'll surrender, other times I'll nearly take the arm off and they still swing with full force.

my biggest complaints are how often npcs death grip you, I think they kick a little too often, and the tendency for them to just sprint into you while half swording and doing not much else sometimes.
