whatever the case is, usually the game is wonky with damage in that its overkilling when it shouldn't.
if stabs to the neck dont kill, it might be that you arent stabbing where the game thinks the neck is, or not stabbing deep enough.

I forget their name, but they taught me how to mix armors/weapon tiers. You save the armor you want, then find the weapon you want in a different tier in the menu. Load the previous loadout you saved, then enter and exit the settings menu to reload the character. Will spawn with the loaded armor, and the weapon of the tier you were on. Then just save that loadout again.

I have mine set to save the last 2 minutes when I press a hotkey, and then you can go in and clip out the part you want.

it even has a compression setting so you can choose how compressed you want your clip to be when you export it

there is a share button, click that and choose "Export clip" it will then save it out as a video file you can send
