yeah but it's like the aim mechanic/whatever mechanic thursts the spear tip towards the enemy just either over compensates or under compensates
like it always tends to go to the side of their face.
I don't double tap to thrust usually, I hold alt and mouse back (down) and then (up) and then it just kinda thrusts to their right side of the face.

depends on the card. if your using a new generation, then yes dx12 will make the game look better, if you using an old gen like 10 series or 20 series, not really.

modeling, UV unwrapping, texturing, rigging, coding and implementing new destructible body parts into a pre existing mesh seamlessly while tweaking the already complex gore system is not an easy task, they are cooking.

Will this new update fix settings not saving probably not, add optimisation? Probably not. All they ever show is the blood, looks to be working fine in every teaser they showed. So I don't think it's unreasonable to think it should be out.

If they all of that had content ready to push out, then we would see stuff like that, but at the time being, the team simply is putting both feet forward and going gung-ho in development. Besides, this is not what they have planned for their early access model.
