Well, not necessarily, that's sorta a misconception that Hollywood tends to misrepresent a lot. Maces were most commonly used on horseback to inflict heavy concussions to armoured people, but in a general standoff, they weren't as effective as media makes them out to be. The flanged mace, however, is the one specifically made to drive more of an impact into armour, because of the flanges on it. They divert the force to a single point, which against armour, inflicts more concussive force, but one thing the game needs to get correct is bone breakage rn. Maces shouldn't be breaking bones through armour, that just— doesn't happen

Not sure if it’s just me but when I turn blood all the way up I still don’t see any. I’m not a psychopath btw, I just like realism

If this is demo. Blood changes how much blood comes out. Lock on strength changes how strong the lock on is. Damage to player and NPC is obvious. Body density changes how easy you can cut throught limbs. And bone snapping changes how easy you can break bones blunt weapons are best for this
