also 2nd gpu is stuck on 3x4, don't know how to change it to 3x16

Main Gpu: 5080 FE 16gb
2nd Gpu: Gigabyte 3080 ti 12gb
Motherboard: Asrock b650 Steel Legend
CPU: 9800X3D
Ram: DDR5 Corsair Vengeance 32gb (2x16) 6400 MHz

Solutions I've tried
Disconnecting & reconnecting 2nd gpu
Setting Performance gpu to 5080
Setting Individual app to use 5080 (tho i dont actually know if its using the 5080)
Uninstalling Nvidia Driver & doing a clean install

Running warframe
When i ran l4d2 earlier the 3080 ti was at 90-97% and fps was 150 instead of hovering around 300, which is what I normally get
