when i tried to scale it goes from 50fps to 20s
then the top left corner it says 165/165, before it was 52/165
what settings did i do wrong?

Overlays are a common culprit that lead to failure of window capture for Lossless Scaling. In general, if LS randomly stops functioning, it is likely due to an app update that has auto-enabled overlays such as: Steam, Discord, Epic Game Store

Or third party applications such as medal.tv or clipping software that interfere with window capture. Please check if any recent app update/new application has introduced the recent instability. Discord is stupid aggressivé with its overlay , on WGC i saw amds overlay , and steams not bring issues with LS so far
