I believe that, your UHD is working as Main GPU, so it's basically connected to Display. Then you trying to do FG on your Secondary GPU (not plugged into display directly), then you got massive performance hit because of that

It's like leaving the game rendering for one GPU, and left Frame Gen to secondary

and to do it properly, you need to plug in your display into Frame Gen GPU, not the Game GPU

because if you leave display in your Game GPU, Frame Gen GPU will get massive peformance hit
