I have black screen around the game.

I used this program a year ago, and now (some updates) all are different and having black screen around the game. I put my game as window mode, but still get this. what do i need to change to get rid of the black screen?
I am currently using a laptop and connected to use bigger screen. So, I do have two screen (1920x1080 and 3840x2160). Here are the screenshot.
And some games does not work hotkey to scale and unscale. Please help me.

Use LS v2.13.2 to get back the windowed mode without black borders, you find it in the Steam betas tab
