Hola, hermano. Después de instalar RTSS, inicia Fortnite y, dentro del juego, establece el límite de FPS en ilimitado. En RTSS hay una opción llamada límite de velocidad de cuadros, límpiala a lo que quieras, pero si estás obteniendo 100 FPS con un monitor de 180 Hz, puedes probar con el límite de 60 FPS en Fortnite y, si quieres, por ejemplo, 70 u 80, puedes usar RTSS. Así que vayamos con el límite de 60 FPS. En Lossles, selecciona 3x para pasar de 60 a 180 FPS. Luego, reduce la escala de resolución a aproximadamente 75 para que sea más fácil para tu GPU.

También configure la latencia máxima de cuadros en 2 y una cosa más es que cuantos más cuadros genere como en 3x o 4x su latencia será mayor por lo que recomendaría el modo 2x. Si tiene alguna pregunta dígamelo.
