I would like to use lossless scaling only for upscaling purposes for some games.
The issue is that I face constant stutters when upscaling with ls when g sync is on and frame gen is turned off. My system:
Lenovo loq i5 12450hx,rtx 4060,24gb ram. I have tried it with dxgi,wgc and gdi but couldn't make the stutters go away. Kindly help!!

that is a widely known thing tbh it wont be changed anytime soon. Either you need to use frame gen with it or disable gsync
