Have you tried disabling ACM (Automatic Colour Management)?

ACM seems to be a feature only available in Windows 11, sorry I can't help you.

#

Got ya

#

Np!

rare salmon
#

i didnt know it could cause this

royal sail
#

Yep I didn't know either

#

But I found it

rare salmon
#

kind of makes sense tho

#

its sharpening what its already sharpened

royal sail
#

Yep, a layer on top of another layer

#

So

#

Yep

rare salmon
#

over sharpening causes saturation problems lol

royal sail
#

Because, its not simple sharpening. AMD shaperpening is a contrast based algorithm. Results in better quality for games but at native resolutions. Lower resolutions and movies, do have artifacts and oversaturation

#

Other sharpening methods, tend to lower the outputed colour, for that reason. So, it depends on the overall quality that a sharpening filter is applied.
