Black screen problem

Hi, i bought lossless scaling a while ago and it worked fine, i recently tried it agian buy was greeted with a black screen and an fps counter, when i clicked win key everything showed

Ps: i do have the games on borderless window or windowed not fullscreen.

I would greatly appriciate any help
