I use crosshairX, and when I try to scale the game with crosshair on, it seems that the crosshair scales, in the lossless UI it shows me 200/400 and the game looks even worse than it did before.

That's because LS doesn't work with overlays

My friend didn't do anything, he just downloaded it and put the same options as me, but it works for him

LS doesn't support overlays so you need to figure out what you did the first time.
Check updates and any hardware cahnges
