Lossless Scaling Has Been Impressive With His Current Updates.
But There Is A Thing That Needs A Fix
and That is Ghosting aka Scaline Sync.
When I Use LSFG That Gives A Smooth Gaming Experience But With A huge Drawback.
While Using It It Gives Smooth Frames But The Game Screen Starts Tearing From Edges If there is a Low Character Movement Sensitivity But If There Is a High Movement Sensitivity The Character and UI will also start Ghosting and edges tearing runs continuously

I DON'T KNOW IF I EXPLAINED PROPERLY OR NOT BUT WE LOSSLESS SCALING USERS NEED THIS ISSUE TO BE FIXED WE HAVE SEEN IMPROVEMENTS IN UPDATES AND BELIVE IN LOSSLESS SCALING TEAM THEY WILL LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND TRY TO SOLVE IT.

just Use Vsync or limit your framerate?

also ghosting is a physical display issue and tearing is a Syncing issue

Additionally, if you target something under your refresh rate, e.g. 130fps on a 144hz monitor, I'd recommend using variable refresh rate (VRR) such as freesync or gsync and setting Lossless Scaling's sync mode to "off". This solves tearing, has low latency, and looks absurdly smooth.

In that case, you need to target a framerate slightly (around 5%-10%) lower than your max refresh rate.

Personally, I cap my game to 53fps and use X3 to 159fps on my 165hz monitor.

I see unfortunately I dont have VRR supported monitor. So the best I can do is vsync (with much more input lag) yes?
