Just purchased the program, when I try to run it, it does not launch at all.
I have tried,
- Setting .exe to launch as admin
- Reinstalling to different SSDs
- Rebooting
Not sure what would cause this.

go to your windows settings/display/graphics/click on add desktop app select lossless.exe and choose high performance from your GPU
