#Cap your framerate in the Lossless Scaling window

I was thinking that it could help the software do a better job with interpolation when it has a specific framerate in games. Something like what Rivatuner does when displaying metrics. This could help in games where you simply can't cap your framerate.

In what game you cannot cap your fps? I do not get why would you need that?

I've capped my frames on Nvidia Control Panel, and in Lossless Scaling profile i've set the maximum Frames for my Monitor's Hz, silky smooth

In some games capping fps with control panel caused stutters for me (have not tested with gsync i think). I highly recommend to cap fps with special k if possible for the least latency and the best smoothness.

in what world you "simply can't cap your framerate" ?????? there is tons of methods there why the extra work for developer while he can save time for better things

And it will never be as precise as those

you have many option in Riva tuner and special k which is very precise my man

It's just a suggestion...

not a wise one

Why have Rivatuner when developers could add a simple slider in the LS window

#

It's a suggestion after all

#

I hate Rivatuner and thought about this idea lol

If dev coult implement rivatuner code into ls it would be awesome but he cannot do that. Rtss and special k are on different level than any fps limiter a person can implement

#

That is why it is waste of time

Of course if they have no access to that no worries
