Unless you're trying to scale BOTH monitors at the same time... which at that point you can't.... That would be not only impossible, but also immensely GPU straining.

But if you're wondering why one monitor gives better performance over the other etc and why it's not working like it's supposed to on the second monitor, follow my guide I just linked

they giving nearly same performance just on the new monitor i cant use ls

Follow my steps. Make sure you set graphics scaling in nvcp to GPU for the external monitor and not "display" under resize desktop

It definitely works. You also need to select "multi display" in LS
