I have screen tearing of the death with my 4k tv no matter what kinda laggy too. if i do it on my FHD 144hz monitor it runs perfect what da hell is going on ???

I have only my tv connected on my other setup (i only move the pc) there is a 144hz monitor with a 60hz monitor on my living room and ther it is fine but my tv from my bedroom there it dont work how expexted
