Lossless tanking preformance

Usually lossless works flawlessly but today all it did was tank preformance no matter what I used it on, even videos
Specs:
1650
i7 10750h
I'd like to add what I tried: I tried checking if it was using the iGPU (it wasn't) I try resetting my system, I tried redownloading lossless but the issue remains

check gpu usage before and after scaling on your gpus

Ye I need to add that Same graphical settigns as before

it just stopped working today

but don;t worry I managed to fix it by reverting to 2.9
