27 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
Ive got i9-9900k
32gb ram
rtx 3070
installed program and game on an m2 ssd
Make sure it’s not full screen
Tried both borderless and windowed
did you set yre 3070 inside ls?
Like preferred gpu? its on auto
Nothing works.. seen every youtube video. Copied every setup and tweaked each setting to see what works or not... LS just crashed when scaling...
Might have to ask for a refund at this point..
that most possibly could mean that some files are broken on your machine (system files like .net and vc redists)
from here, scroll just a bit down and you will see the installers
donwload x86 and x64
Install x86 (do not reboot if asked) and then install x64 and reboot the machine
try using the app after that again
if it still crashes- post a screenshot from the crash log from Windows Event Viewer
if it is a general error- that would mean system level corruption
if it can recognize the broken component- it will spew a specific error
also, keep in mind that if you have installed custom Windows distribution- we had users with such and they miss system components that were cut
