rtss or driver (the driver option is for nvidia, amd chill causes issues often, and the intel capping software is also not good)
The in-game limiter results in the smallest input lag for me. If there's no in-game limiter available, then RTSS is a good alternative. If the game supports NVIDIA Reflex, set the RTSS limiter to 'Reflex' and limit it to 29.9, 59.9, etc. If the game doesn't support Reflex, set the limiter to 'back edge sync' and limit it to 30, 60, etc. (use this with DXGI capture method)
The reflex (in rtss) is meant to be used on the games which do not support reflex natively, the games which do support reflex can use the native implementation for slightly better results due to direct communication with the engine
What is the reason for having 29.9 instead of 30 with nvidia reflex?
Lower latency I think?
