by the way, on the WGC API, frame generation (LSFG) performs much better with almost no ghosting and twitching almost perfectly, unlike the DXGI API, everything is very bad with this

What is your base fps pre-fg? DXGI is amazing if you are 60 or above fps, while wgc is good for lower fps but for wgc to work properly you need a stable fps and a lock
I don't use FPS locks, mostly 60 or more frames per RS(Rainbow Six) I have FPS 150

all my drivers have been updated to the latest version , I did not notice any broken drivers.

well, as said above- I can only suggest using a clean msdn image or customize it yourself to know what components you exactly disable/remove, that way you would know all the possible issues
I know how to work with Windows and I have a lot of experience in optimizing Windows, I can say for sure that nothing that is responsible for the performance of Windows itself was disabled, nothing that would make the Windows API work is not correct

за те у тебе апскелінг працює дуже добре, тому що він не загнаний в рамки
Справа не в процедурі, яку треба виконати, а в тому для чого ти хочеш використати. Якщо в тебе гра видає 60 кадрів, і твій монітор може показати 60 кадрів, для чого тобі генерація кадрів? Ти отримаєш 120 кадрів, половина з яких не відобразиться на моніторі
Більше того, програма вміє рендерити більше кадрів ніж частота монітору, просто ти напевне її обмежив вертикальною синхронізацією
я знаю що навіть при 70 фпс деякі кадри не відображаються на моніторі , але як я говорив раніше продуктивність і плавність картинки , ефект повинен бути + - такий же як при швидкій вертикальній синхронізації але сбустом фпс

На моніторі 60 гц плавніше зображення стати не може, також генерація кадрів додає затримку
Значить обмежив іншим способом, в мене видає більше кадрів ніж частота монітору

добре припустимо ти не знаєш як реалізувати це інакше
тому що твоє ПЗ працює тільки із зовнішніми даними і не може вторгатися всередину обладнання виробників відеокарт і це камінь спотикання
