#crosshair overlay

LS doesn’t use exclusive fullscreen and this is out of the scope of LS.
I have tested three crosshair overlay softwares. None of them works after scaling
So i thought LS outputs in exclusive full screen mode. Because crosshair overlays does not work with exclusive full screen mode.
In what mode does LS output?
It presents in independent flip mode to borderless fullscreen window
Hmm. Anyways crosshair overlay softwares doesn't work with LS.
Don't know why if LS uses borderless full-screen
I can see overlays popup above LS window so dunno either
It would be nice if this feature could be reconsidered for implementation.
Even if LS is theoretically compatible with other crosshair overlays, I have found it tends to cause a host of problems, including but not limited double-rendering of the overlay and performance issues.
As others have mentioned there are a variety of reasons even the most rudimentary of crosshair functionality would be greatly appreciated.
Some games are banning people for such, so it can become risky for the app adding that kind of a function
lately more devs are cracking down on such a small elements, and the target is for LS to be usable for more people as possible
just put a thin piece of tape on your monitor lmao
Shooter games have crosshairs, and if they don't you're trying to get an unfair advantage...
Monitors have these features if you really really need to augment your aim.
If you have a gaming monitor most of them have on screen crosshairs that can be enabled somewhere in the menu
Not everyone are playing on desktops. Not to mention only some models support yhis feature. Laptops don't have this feature. And complete disagree on your unfair advantage claim. A overlay that pinpoints centre of your monitor panel is no way near to unfair advantage. Even blizzard devs allows players having custom overlay in their MP shooters.
I don't know what displaying method LS uses as final output, whatever it is, it blocks all the crosshair overlay software out there in the market.
And if i don't? Do you think I would ask this feature if i have a external monitor?
