When I try use Lossless Scaling I get a black screen. I tried turning off everything and it still happens so I'm not sure whats causing the issue.

I've tried everything.
Fix 60hz, lock 30fps, fix the game in windowed mode (with border and without)

check for a windows update maybe, formatting your pc is like a final thing to do haha if you really wanted to do that
