#Could we get some answers?

So Listen ability (and to an extent, going back to 1v4) are highly discussed topics, we get 1 post of these almost weekly, they eventually get shut down, and we get no answers.

Listen ability is used to stall the game and practically forces rush gameplay in a stealth game, mostly removing the stealth factor. No one wants to play dead every 1minute and its either that or separating from teammates and rushing. Its an anti-teamwork anti-stealth tool that is not as powerful as it is annoying.

Lots of posts about Magi gameplay being miserable (1v5 is not helping that, I would guess) and now with Listen ability Solo Bunny/New Bunny gameplay is miserable as well. Not because its super hard to counter, its not about its difficulty, its because its super annoying to deal with a Magi abusing it (which they currently have no meaningful restrictions to do so), it breaks the pace of the game and it makes stealth a joke because no matter how good you are at it, you’re now forced to ignore it because you know a loud Shhhh! is coming in the next minute so the only real strat is to rush and forget about stealth or play dead indefinitely and waste time.

Why did they make the Bunnies tiny and the Magi huge if thats not gonna play a part at all in gameplay? Yeah bunnies are hard to spot, as they should be, they are tiny creatures in a huge circus and you’re a big ass monster, its supposed to be like this, thats why everything that makes progress for the Bunny also makes a lot of noise for the Magi to track.

There’s also lots of availability for stun items, more than its probably fair for the Magi, that makes it so the strat now is to rush, get lots of stuns, and activate multiple objectives at once.

Its a speedrun game with stun mechanics for the Magi, thats the gameplay right now, that is not what I got into the game for, I dont think anyone sees the trailers and thought that was gonna be the experience.

Can we get some answers? Why are this issues being ignored? Whats so good about Listen that it needs to be kept? Why is this gameplay loop okay? Is this a stealth game or a Green Light Red Light speedrun game with extra steps?

Please give us some answers we want to know what to expect and how are these new mechanics that break the game gonna be dealt with.

Id love for the Magi to get some upgrades that didnt involve a pause tool for boring gameplay, its not about removing tools from the Magi, I would much rather prefer they had better tools instead of annoying ones that have little value other than stalling and making the game a chore for everyone

Listen should be reworked into something better that felt good to utilise and play against, not some bs wallhacks with annoying loud sounds and a constant hart beat sound experience for 30mins

because if it is abused its all you’ll hear all game, loud Shhh every minute followed by hart beat that will go away as another Shhh! is casted and back to hearing it. Its just nonesense and its annoying and not that good of a tool either, most ppl just ignore it

It’s annoying for the sake of being annoying with little value to gain out of it, info you already had with ticketmen and all the noise emitting actions bunnies do (which is everything, everything but walking makes noise, so whats the point?) Info you already had only now you get some extra info with the wallhacks on top of that that is practically useless because by the time you get there bunnies already know you’re coming and they will just stun you or run to another room.

It is dumb, pointless and annoying, imo

Its a give away tool for the Magi, means “I see you and Im coming” and Bunnies will just be prepared for it, no surprise factor, no stealth, nothing. Half the game if not more appeal and mechanics to the trash in favor of 1 single ability that is bad at its job

what do you think of the listen becoming a tool that reveals if bunnys within like 10 meters of you are fake playing dead

even with the knowledge theyre not making changes till closed itd still be nice to hear any amount of plans theyre willing to share

Went from 1700 players 13 oct to 200 players today

#

The game is lacking some hook to keep players on, that hook I believe is fun
