Bad rope

I noticed the new rope spot on the organ. It's really hard to reach. The other rope spot is also really disgusting to reach.

You need to jump and press E on the rope not a bug

we were 3 jumping and trying to get on the rope and it was just not working

any time someone got on the rope the game would just drop them down again

You have to press E while jumping at the rope. But maybe they could make it easier

Yeah experienced that rope yesterday and it was a little annoying to use.. not saying its super difficult, but the object should be right underneath the rope to make it more convenient

The point is that it's a nerve-wracking spot, and yes, I realize you have to jump and then press E. Which isn't very well done, but if you weren't watching the stupid timer, it wouldn't matter.

All I'm saying is it's a stupid spot for the rope

and if that feels like the only shortcut

It drops you down if you spam the E button instead of trying to press it on the right time ._.

i think spamming E does not work on ropes, the game is scuffed that way, if you spam E it immediatly registers the excess, and will accept that as a command to instantly end the animation, causing you to fall. this has happened to me several times mid chase, trying to get on rope to get down ASAP, but spamming meant the game thought i wanted to leave the rope. I stroingly suggest they add a grace period of 0.5 sec when starting a rope animation, so the extra E-presses are ignored.

So in this case you can only time 1 E click perfectly, and i think on all ropes you need to aim a lot higher then the bottom of the rope too.

It worked for me.

I fell the first time because i spammed the E button. I got up the second time when i only pressed E once at the right time. So it definitely works
