Appearance:
Round body with a bespoke striped suit, with coat tails, and a cane, meant to represent the managers or ringleaders of circus troupes

RMB Ability: Rig The Games
The Ringleader may approach any interactable means of progress through the Carnival and may spend up to 6 seconds sabotaging it, the longer he sabotages the more charge he spends and the greater the punishment.
Doors take Bunnies 15% longer to open and cost 5% of their remaining charge.
The Roller Coaster will have a 5 second delayed start
The Circus Cannon will take 10% charge from the Bunny fired on impact
Failing a skill check on the High Striker regresses its progress by 5%
If the object is sabotaged for the full six seconds it has a chance to malfunction and either damage a Life Gear or break the Windup Key and give it to The Ringleader

Q Ability: Terrifying Shout
While off cooldown, look at a Bunny to highlight them and press Q to Shout at them, if they are performing an action they will be forced to stop what they are doing and be stunned in place for 3 seconds, if you are chasing them, they will be slowed by 5% and cannot play dead for 5 seconds

F Ability: Always Watching
Press F to bring out a windup crow, and press LMB to windit up at the cost of your own charge to have it patrol a room and its surrounding pathways. when it spots a Bunny it will caw constantly, giving you a live notification of the Bunny's position. The Bunny will slowly lose charge at a steady rate as they get pecked by it, fireworks or manually swatting it away will get the bird to return to The Ringleader

C Ability: Horrific Crawl
Press C to Reveal your true nature and begin crawling like a spider, able to scale walls, objects and cielings quickly. you cannot grab, throw, or kill bunnies nor use your other abilities while crawling, press C again to stop crawling, Horrific Crawl then goes on cooldown

Not sure about Always Watching since we have Ticketman on map

Also Terrifying Shout - I'm not sure how long takes the animation of canceling action (like stop opening the gate) but it's around simmilar time, so not sure if it would be helpfull

Tho Rig the Games sounds funny

And as I understand he would be able to do Horrific Crawl instead of teleport?

From the way ticketman is talked about i assumed it was a Magician only map feature which is why i made Always Watching, plus unlike the ticketman it technically watches a wider area and is slightly more punishing

Shout is meant to be a gap closer, you see someone winding up the roller coaster or doing the high striker, you shout at them and close the gap while preventing the objective from finishing

And yes Crawl would be a replacement for teleport, as i also assumed booths/lockers were a unique map element to Magician
