Got a clean KSP download, got CKAN, Installed RP1 express install, ran the game once, Installed RSS Reborn with Blackrack's clouds (V2 I couldn't get the Raymarched for V3), let it finish and opened KSP and this is what I got. Neither the Clouds nor the atmosphere are in the world. Appreciate the help.
