So, I want to make an interstage for the ICPS with struts, but first end of strut can be placed like any radial part, but the second can't be locked perfectly as you can't "lock" second end like the first, how do I make struts perfectly straight/diagonal?

you can use the offset/rotation tool to move one end of a strut

Not that I know of, I always end up putting my translation tool in 'global' mode and translating the messy end of the strut a bit.

Wasn't there a mod that made strut ends look like cylinders? I don't know iirc.
