Having a weird problem where a good chunk of parts are not loading in, mainly just my command modules. I would put the log here but the file simply is too large.

Yes and it has not been able to detect any errors

i think you have some mods installed that are not via ckan.

#

do export modpack, save that as a file, then delete everything in GameData except for Squad and SquadExpansion. then use ckan to reinstall all of your mods
