the inflatable airlock is added by the making history expansion DLC, so if you dont have that, you wouldnt have the inflatable airlock

If it's the only one that appears... Maybe apo got a mod that hides those parts for some reason? (I know the magnetomter boom tends to vanish on my save for some reason)
But my Janitor Closet mod is able to detect those parts as 'blocked' in its discreet menu.
Anyway, that's just a theory? blocked parts.
