As a starting point, Restock and RestockPlus. There are also a bunch of stock-alike parts beyond those, but I'm not sure what to recommend after that.

there is stockalike station parts, for example it adds these gravity centrifuge habitation rings, and maybe near future technologies + far future technologies for more advanced parts such as engines
