#No matter how hard I try, mods wont load

What tutorial recommends curesforge!?
It was a manual install tutorial, they never specified were to get the mod. And Curseforge is what opens when you press Addons & Mods, so that's what I used.
I also might have put the mods into the wrong folders.
Just use ckan
!ckan
The Comprehensive Knowledge Archive Network (CKAN) was unscientific proven to prevent 95% of issues with mods. So here's a guide on CKAN.
(Works for both KSP 1 and KSP 2, step 3 is slightly different but easy to figure out yourself)
(If a mod is made for a previous version, you can still install it: go to the mod, bottom right of CKAN, there is a tab called 'Versions', now click the latest version and continue with step 7)
Windows may prompt CKAN is unsafe to use. This is because a license to not get that message pop up, costs money, and CKAN wants to be free to use, so no license.
CKAN is safe to use. If you have doubts you can look at the source code on Github
Github: https://github.com/KSP-CKAN/CKAN/releases
Ckan does everything automatic, no manual installs are required.
If necessary, manually installed mods can be used alongside CKAN
1. Follow the link to GitHub: https://github.com/KSP-CKAN/CKAN/releases
2. Download the newest ckan.exe
-# (2.b For macOS, download ckan.dmg, open it, copy ckan.app somewhere and run it)
3. Follow installation
(If CKAN doesn't automatically find your game. Add new
game instance, find the KSP directory
for KSP1: add the "BuildIDxx"
for KSP2: add KSP2_x64.exe)
-# (4.a. Look up mods to install or see some suggested mods
4. Find the mod(s) you want to install in ckan
5. check "installed" box
6. click "apply changes"
7. click "continue"
8. Mods installed
thanks! I allready got CKAN to work!
