As the title says, some modded wings don't work. AirplanePlus wings work, but the wings from B9 Aerospace, the GUI for pWings, and the wings and fins from BDB won't work. The lifting surfaces don't produce lift, and control surfaces don't control.

it might be that the parts dont even have the fuction,
i also recommend to switch from tweakscale rescale everything to tweakscale rescaled.
TS rescale everything can randomly break every craft file for ever and is much slower
