What mod is doing this when I right click on an EVA Kerbal?
I just need to know what mod this is so I can remove it or learn how to turn this off. I don't want to purge my modlist and start over again to solve mod problems

Haven't you been asking this question for about a week? At this point I think doing the old binary search might be a good idea. Here's an idea to make it painless:
Copy paste the entire KSP folder elsewhere
Delete half the mods, see if it goes away. If not delete half the remaining. Continue until you find the group that contains the mod that causes it. Then take that group and start dividing it

I had USI, took it out cause I hated it.
honestly I'm thinking of ripping my save folder out and doing a clean install and reinstalling the mods and moving save back over
