Unable to see Gilly

I think you just need to zoom in more, gilly is tiny

Nope, no brown dots

Though I see whenever zooming in / out in just the right spot I see a brown line for a split second

But im unable to find Gilly

except uninstalling and reinstalling ksp

If you press tab you can cycle through having camera focuses on every celestial body in ksp

I already figured the issue, I accidentally installed Research Bodies
