When I want to install the new 0.10.7version of Flight Plan mod, CKAN says the file size does not match. Is it because the version of other mods are too low or some thing else? And I tried to install manually but it failed too.

Yep, there was an issue with the zips that were uploaded on GitHub and SpaceDock where they didn’t match. It should be squared away now.

I give up on finding solutions that doesnt work and just download the mod my self manually. It worked and I do It in max 5 min

There's some weird problem at the SpaceDock end. On my computer the file file is 46,946 kb, when download from spacedock it's only 17,579 kb. I've re-uploaded it twice now. I'm going to take the issue to them on their discord - there's no reason it should be wrong that I know of - but it clearly is. If you can't get it from CKAN it's probably a file size mismatch.
