A 40 part rocket with crew lags my game very bad, but a 200+ part uncrewed rocket runs fine with 0 issue

It also guzzles up ram like a vacuum because when I launch the crewed saturn my ram went from 28.5gb to only 6.5gb of space left

not every crew part, like they're usually fine alone, but the issues start coming in when I put them on rockets and shoot them into space

But like different mods, with and without control functions, cockpit and capsules etc
