Actually I meant how do I add the same item to a rocket at the same time? (Ex: I want to add 4 photovoltaic plates to my rocket all at the same time)

Press X to cycle between symmetry it should add 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8

if you press X at 8, it will loop back to 1

Yep, also shift+X to cycle in reverse, and R toggle between radial and mirror symmetry. see also: https://wiki.kerbalspaceprogram.com/wiki/Keybinds
