Long story short, I am trying to salvage a save and craft files that I have spent a large amount of time on. I had initially transferred my KSP from stock to RSS/RO without understanding the modding complexity and I ended up having to do a clean install and figure out what mods to install to get it working again but now something is not working. Aerodynamic performance is lackluster at best- for example, an SSTO i had that worked with up to 40 tons of payload will crash as if it's overweight even with 0 payload in the back of it. When I did manage to get it off the ground and into flight, there is a large amount of yaw instability even with MechJeb and even at high speeds. I tried the Aeris 3a as a benchmark and it was extremely lethargic. I am not sure what mod is causing this. I have included some unfamiliar statistics appearing on wing parts (wing stalling percentage, and the flp/splr, std. ctrl and dynamic deflection markers). When I attempted to try it with Ferram Aerospace removed, control surfaces no longer worked and behaved like a static part that did not actuate. I have also included my CKAN modlist- all of the mods I am running are installed per CKAN and I am running on the latest version. Does anyone know what could be causing this? Any help would really be appreciated, been trying to get this game save up and running since KSP2 is still not working.

Can you post screenshots of the craft with the lift arrows shown
This was using RATO boosters to pitch the nose up enough to climb away from runway, full upwards pitch command.
Just to be sure. So you don't have Rss/Ro any more
No, they were removed
Ok. I guess its Ferram Aerospace then. A mod which rework the complete aero physics
I thought so too, but removing that mod for whatever reason makes my control surfaces nonfunctional
I think you may have just extensively screwed things up by half installing a mod and then undoing it personally. I blame a messed up install. Someone might be willing to help you by examining your log files to see what is potentially messed up but the only sure way to fix them I think is to just reinstall the game.
We can guess that it might be FAR or some NEAR or something like that but M i believe is just covering the common issues.
anyway thats my 2 cents.
if the game works and things fly without FAR except control surfaces no longer work then I would suggest the simplest solution first: try to remove FAR and get everything working. That's a sort of baseline stock aerodynamics install you should be going for.
maybe remove the surfaces, place new ones on and see if it works then? saving vehicles with set of mods A does not mean it will work with set of mods B depending on what the mods from A touch.
