#Why does the wings on my SSTO spaceplane explode after liftoff?

When do they blow up?
the attachment points for those tailfins (not wings) are quite weak and without struts or autostrut they will buckle under the tremendous weight of the massive fuel tanks. i would recommend a higher ISP engine for lower atmospheric flight, because that looks to have nowhere near enough deltav to both get to orbit and deliver any kind of payload at all
I would also suggest moving the center of lift and the wheels, since they are not in line with the centre of the craft
it will not be able to pitch up because the rear wheels are too far back to act as a feasible lever. because they are longer than the nose gear they will cause the craft to pitch down, generating negative lift and preventing you from taking off.
and the thing itself is extremely draggy, so i would suggest covering up that docking port by either using a covered one or putting it inside a cargo bay
remember to have at least 4000m/s at takeoff otherwise you will not get to orbit
Oh that nose gear is big, the craft doen't look to have a pitch down attitude on ground. Also, the "wings", if able to lift that behemoth, can use their surfaces as flaps and enentually overcome weight, again if able
with ssrts its better to take a more steep ascent path to avoid the atmosphere while also taking lift into advantage i think
might wanna use bigger wings, with struts
